Found this article in this weekends edition of Parade Magazine and thought I would share it with all of you.
•Great steak fries: Cut Idaho potatoes into 4 thick slices lengthwise and then in half crosswise. Toss with olive oil and cumin. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
•Mini-pancakes: Combine grated potato with herbs, salt, and pepper. Drop 2 Tbsp of mixture into hot clarified butter; fry until golden on both sides.
•Baked: Prick with a fork. Bake at 375°F for 1¼ hours. Serve hot with salt, pepper, butter, and sour cream; sprinkle with snipped chives.
•Restuffed: Scoop out a baked potato, leaving skin intact. Combine with blue cheese, butter, salt, and pepper. Restuff potato, sprinkle with paprika, and bake for 15 more minutes at 375°F.
•Boiled: Layer slices of boiled potatoes, avocado, and tomato. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

This was such and EASY trip because there was virtually noone in the store and the cashier was super cool and so was the manager. The manager even noticed I was there and pulled out the Purex from the back for me. It made my night!

The cereals I have noticed that were included were Cheerios, Honey Nut Cheerios, Cocoa Puffs, Trix and a few other cereals but there seems to be higher prices on the other boxes like CHEX. So the fellas decided to go out in the back and do the last of the weed pulling. Weather was just under 80 degrees and the sky was bright blue. Perfect weather to do some yard work. Thought I would take a few snapshots.
