So, we were really in need of food and my husband decided on his way home from work to go to the local food pantry to buy a box of food for $20. As he drove up a man was leaving the building. He told my husband they were closed but then asked my husband if he really needed the food. My husband told him we definitely did and if he could just get something really quick. The man took my husband back into the building and gave him 5 boxes of food, including several gallons of milk. The stuff expires soon but at least we know that we have something to eat for the next week.
God really works in amazing ways!

Ok, so i went in for my normal appt today...
had been having a ton of contractions this weekend thought it was probably due to dehydration but just to be on the safe side we did a cervical exam which showed my cervix was long and closed...GREAT SIGN!
I also went up for a NST - non stress test...nothing...no problems...
Also had an FFN test to determine whether I was in preterm labor...came back negative...
BUT while i was in my doctors office were were going over the charts with the nurse and she mentioned something about a dilated kidney...she said she hadn't read the whole chart over so she wasn't sure if it was my dilated kidney or the baby's that they had done in my 20 week ultrasound...well noone had ever mentioned anything of the sorts to us about that at our last visit...so needless to say we were a bit concerned...she read over the charts some more and found it to be the baby's kidney.
SOOOO, we have to go back for an ultrasound on the baby as soon as next week to do a checkup on it...
I have been reading online and the majority of posts keep saying it is a marker for downs, but there are no other indications...

i totally planned this trip down to the penny...AND...they were out of alot of stuff and it totally didn't go the way i planned it...well sort of...
was gonna do three transactions but they were out of lots of stuff so i did 2..
First transaction i was actually at -2.22 so i had to use my buddies soaps and a pack of gum for filler... =)
second transaction everything rang up right...except he said that my $1 off coupon exceeds the .99c amount of the item...so he could only do .99c off...WELL DUH! Also, I bought the fushion razor again...but forgot it was a LIMIT 1 and i already bought it the other day so I didn't get my $3 ECB's back for that.
TOTAL OOP: $1.87
TOTAL ECB's used: $12.58
TOTAL ECB's gained: $7.00
no more transactions unless they have more buddies soap and if i get my cover girl coupons in time for the sale to end saturday...Ahhhh it feels goooooood.......
